PROJECTS

The projects chairmanship encompasses four of our five Avenues of Service :

  • Community
  • International
  • Vocational (Youth)
  • New Generations
    with the fifth Avenue of Service
  • Club
    being divided between three chairmanships:
         - Administration
         - Public Awareness
         - Membership
Community Service -- Many of our members find that they are drawn to Community Service because the results are close, personal and visible.

International Service -- Other members choose International Service . These members wish to travel and other parts of the world, helping to spread the word about Rotary while, at the same time, participating in bringing medical services to those who would otherwise not receive them and/or raising the standard of living in the far corners of the world.

The next two Avenues of Service are for our members who enjoy having a hand in directly shaping the future of our country by training our future leaders.

     >> Vocational (Youth) Service -- Vocational (Youth) Service concentrates on awarding outstanding students in various areas of accomplishment, including public speaking, Americanism, the writing of business plans, etc.

     >> New Generations Service -- Our members who choose New Generations Service work directly with high school students and young adults from 18 through 35. These young people are mentored with the hope that they will become not only the bright future of our country and the world but also the bright future of Rotary.
